How are packages structured?

All packages include varying degrees of the same core services:
 • Optional consultations
 • Facebook & Instagram posting
 • Organic Facebook "boosting"
 • Basic Instagram engagement
 • Strategic content scheduling
 • Monthly marketing reports
 • Content strategy
 • Content planning & calendars
 • Paid advertising

Each package then varies in terms of the amount of content and the type of content included. Visual packages include slightly more posts for the same price because content is simpler and therefore more efficient to create.

What do you need from me as a client?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the package you select, we will have certain recommendations, but also strict requirements. In order for us to d our job well, the most important requirements are:
 • Professional branding
 • Professional photography and video content (at least 1x per year)
 • Open, effective, consistent communication​

We also strongly recommend investing in a professional website, and for some packages, this is a requirement.

How can I know which package is right for me?

How does SMM client onboarding work?

Accepted Answer

Onboarding for social media management clients starts once we've had our initial consultation and determined which package is best for your business. 
It's an intensive process where we get to know your business well enough to market it for you, and sound like you. Onboarding usually takes 14 to 21 days (before your first post goes live) - depending on your turnaround time in completing the onboarding steps.

Please note that we will not begin onboarding before we have confirmed that you have professional branding and photo and video content (or confirmation that a professional photoshoot has at least been scheduled).

What if I need more than what's included in the packages?

We offer a wide variety of package add-ons. From LinkedIn marketing to additional ad campaigns, email campaigns, website management, blog articles, and much more.

We can also create a custom package for your business, starting from
R4 999 per month.

Do you have any smaller packages?

If our mini packages don't fit your budget quite yet, we recommend opting for one-on-one coaching or our Masterclasses. These options can help you get started with running your own socials successfully until your budget allows for outsourcing to an agency like ours.
